About the event

Competitiveness in the workplace is often used to motivate people and increase productivity.  It's also used to pit organisations against each other in scenarios like tendering for grants or contracts.

In this months discussion we'll explore the intended and unintended impacts of competitiveness.

________

Loops of Learning holds regular events to inspire change through a dialogue of sense-making.

Conversations help us understand. They give us the chance to test our thinking, understand the systems we live in and empathise with other people. They also create safe spaces to be challenged and challenge the ideas of others. This can help us prepare for conversations where thinking really needs to shift.

These events are monthly and will be held on Sunday’s throughout 2022.

Afternoon tea is provided and you'll be contacted for coffee orders / drink preferences and dietary requirements closer to the event.
