About the event
Work is changing and we seem stuck in trying to understand what it means for us as individuals. Here's a chance to delve in to the societal impacts that we're likely to see over the next few years. What does this transformational change likely mean and what kind of questions should we be asking?
We'll use reflective practice and systems thinking to consider what we should be preparing for.
Most talks seem to lead us down a path of doom and luddism where we become focussed on trying to fix, optimise or control what is unfolding. But change at this scale demands something deeper, the capacity to work within tension, to discern what is really ours to carry, and to find meaning, or understand our responsibilities.
This BRUDI session invites thoughtful, reflective practice and an exploration of future of work through a systems lens asking not “how do we solve it?” but “how do we show up inside it?”
