POWER is dynamic and so is your role within it!

Power is never absent. It sits in structures, relationships, roles, narratives and silence. It shapes whose voice carries weight, whose work is recognised and whose risk is invisible. Yet in community change and organisational life, we often talk about impact without talking about power.

This BRUDI session explores how to recognise power at play, how to work with it strategically and when to work to shift it. Drawing on systems thinking and polarity literacy, we’ll move beyond blame or denial and develop the capacity to engage power with clarity and responsibility.

We'll use reflective practice and systems thinking to consider how to engage in power at all it's levels, be internally within organisations or at a global geopolitical level.

This BRUDI session invites thoughtful, reflective practice and an exploration of power through a systems lens asking not “how do we engage in systems with an understanding of the power dynamics at play?”
