About the event

Our monthly sessions are moving to an open agenda and a 'pay as you feel' model. We'll explore some of the questions and considerations that are on our minds and we'll try and make sense of what the causes are and where we might be inspiried to make change.

Some of the questions that have come my way this week are:

While Billionaires build doomsday bunkers and fruit rots on the ground in farms unable to find workers, are we so focussed on the future that we've forgotten the present?

What does future vs present climate action look like?

Should we embrace Proactive Pessimism (Tony Birch)?

Come join for a deep think and an open conversation that I hope will inspire you to make change.

________

Loops of Learning holds regular events to inspire change through a dialogue of sense-making.

Conversations help us understand. They give us the chance to test our thinking, understand the systems we live in and empathise with other people. They also create safe spaces to be challenged and challenge the ideas of others. This can help us prepare for conversations where thinking really needs to shift.

These events are monthly and run on a pay as you feel model (at checkout). Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided at Jika Jika and we will sit in the courtyard if the weather permits.
