This months conversation considers all the systems we engage with on a daily basis and explores how we might influence change  within those systems while accepting we all have differing views of what out society should look like!
Exploring individualism vs collectivism.
We'll explore:
- Individualism and it's negative neo-liberal connotations
- How do we shape what's around us while acknowledging we don't all think the same way or share the same values?
- The individual vs the collective
- Individual bias and the narratives we've bought in to as individuals
________
Loops of Learning holds regular events to inspire change through a dialogue of sense-making.
Conversations help us understand. They give us the chance to test our thinking, understand the systems we live in and empathise with other people. They also create safe spaces to be challenged and challenge the ideas of others. This can help us prepare for conversations where thinking really needs to shift.
These events are monthly and will be held on Sunday mornings at 11.30 am throughout 2022.
Morning tea is provided and you'll be contacted for coffee orders and dietary requirements closer to the event.
